EXPERIENCE EVOLUTION

The Evolution 650 Predator provides the versatility of serious bluewater fishing and extended offshore cruising in a practical cuddy cabin / walk–around profile. Featuring a huge fishing cockpit, a stylish forward cabin and the quality of Evolution’s hand–laid fibreglass deep–V hull, the 650 Predator can do it all in style, safety and complete comfort.

The 7.20m LOA hull exhibits all the successful offshore performance ingredients expected of a hull this size with a deep–V profile and 21° deadrise, plus wide reverse chines and a steep flared bow for a dry and comfortable ride. The imposing 2.49m beam also ensures plenty of stability and internal space for all the fishing action.

Evolution has incorporated a long list of practical features within the huge 2.10m of internal beam width, which includes a fishing cockpit layout more akin to a larger game boat. The full–height, walk–through transom holds built–in tackle boxes, an 80L live bait tank, multiple flush–mount lockers which hide a triple battery system plus the mandatory removable baitboard, deck wash and stainless steel rod holders.

If weekend offshore exploration is high on the priority list, the 650 Predator also delivers on creature comforts. The fibreglass–lined forward cabin provides comfortable V–berth bunks, a compact galley, porta–potti toilet and plenty of storage. Comfort also extends into the helm station with a fully–moulded windscreen, custom bimini cover and upholstered seats, which make life easy when navigating for long periods offshore.

Powering the 650 Predator is straightforward with multiple outboard options available between 225hp and 300hp — single or twin rig configuration. Extended trips can be done with confidence knowing the 320L underfloor tank can maximise the big days out to the shelf.

Make no mistake, the 650 Predator is a big boat — with an approximate tow weight of 3000kg. That said, towing, launching and retrieving is simplified with a custom–built drive–on / drive–off tandem axle trailer.
